Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 4, 2026
This policy explains what GoMonster Marketing ("we") collects when an account owner connects a social media account to our publishing dashboard, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account information from the connected platform (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube): account ID, username, display name and profile picture.
- Access tokens issued by the platform so we can publish on the owner's behalf. They are stored encrypted on our own server.
- Content we upload for publishing (videos, images, captions) and basic statistics for the posts we publish (views, likes, comments, shares).
How we use it
- To publish the posts the account owner schedules, to the account the owner connected.
- To show post status and statistics in our dashboard.
We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties, except the platform APIs needed to publish and the hosting providers that run our server.
Retention and deletion
We keep tokens and post data while the account stays connected. Disconnecting the account in our dashboard, or revoking access in the platform's settings (for TikTok: Settings → Security → Apps and services), stops access immediately; we delete the related tokens and account data within 30 days. You can also request deletion by email at [email protected].
Security
Data is stored on infrastructure we control and is served only over HTTPS.
Children
Our service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
